ChristianaCare's $19.3 Million Health Center Just Opened in Aston
The second floor at 700 Turner Industrial Way now pairs primary care, imaging and cardiac diagnostics with the hospital next door, completing the next phase of a Delaware County campus ChristianaCare has been building since 2024.

ChristianaCare opened the $19.3 million ChristianaCare Health Center at Aston on October 19, a multi-specialty outpatient facility on the second floor at 700 Turner Industrial Way in Aston Township. The build pairs primary care with specialty physician services, imaging and cardiac diagnostics, sitting right next to ChristianaCare Hospital, Aston, the 24/7 emergency and inpatient facility that opened back in June. Pauline Corso, president of Ambulatory Network Continuity and Growth at ChristianaCare, called it the next chapter in the system's commitment to Delaware County.
This is phase two of a campus ChristianaCare first announced in late 2024, and the sequence is the part worth tracking. A hospital system locks a site, opens the inpatient piece first, then backfills the same campus with outpatient space once referral volume justifies it. $19.3 million for a second floor buildout says medical office construction in Delco isn't cheap right now, and it tells landlords sitting on vacant medical office or flex space nearby that ChristianaCare's physician groups are actively shopping for satellite space in the corridor.
If you own medical office space within a few miles of Turner Industrial Way, this is the moment to get in front of ChristianaCare's real estate team or the physician practices that will want proximity to this campus. A hospital system that just finished phase two of a buildout this size rarely stops there.
