A Philadelphia Landlord Just Put 16 Retail Properties on the Market, One at a Time
Posel Management is marketing 631,832 square feet across the region through Marcus & Millichap, with asking prices already set on 12 of the 16 properties.

Posel Management Co., a Philadelphia-based owner, is marketing 16 retail properties totaling 631,832 square feet through Marcus & Millichap, Commercial Real Estate Direct reported. The portfolio spans the region, including Levittown in Bucks County and Voorhees and Westmont in South Jersey. Twelve of the 16 properties already carry asking prices.
Selling individually instead of bundling the whole portfolio puts Posel in position to take the best price property by property, from small private buyers and 1031 money working one deal at a time. That's a seller who ran the math and decided piecemeal beats a bulk discount.
Sixteen separate listings means sixteen separate negotiations. If you've wanted a single-tenant retail box in Levittown or South Jersey without competing against an institutional buyer for the whole stack, this is sixteen chances to make an offer on just the one that fits, before Marcus & Millichap packages whatever's left.
